Our coast league teams are fielded for 5th grade through 8th grade players. these age groups would be 11u (5th) / 12u (6th) / 13u (7th) / 14u (8th).
The central coast league is a collaboration between Rise VBC, 805 VBC and valley volleyball club, as well as several other clubs that contribute teams.
We have felt strongly for the last several years that our area is sorely lacking a local league that would accommodate families much better than the current offering through USAV in southern ca. fewer weekends, more streamlined tournaments and less travel all equate to a more cost- and time-effective season. coast league season runs January through early may. teams have 7–8 days of play with tournaments in Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis.
